Effective communication for reception teams

Receptionists are the front line of general practice. Good communicators can make life easier for patients, the practice and themselves, by explaining more clearly, listening more carefully and avoiding misunderstandings.

PCC’s half-day training in effective communication for reception teams can be run for groups of up to 30, giving participants the opportunity to learn from our trainers and from each other.  By the end of the session, participants report increased confidence in their ability to respond to patients’ needs and deal with difficult situations.
