Creating effective multi-disciplinary teams in primary care

The additional roles reimbursement scheme (ARRS) provides a great opportunity for primary care networks (PCNs) to recruit clinical and non-clinical staff to create responsive multi-disciplinary teams to meet the specific needs of the populations they serve.

This three hour virtual workshop explores how primary care network leaders and practice managers can work collaboratively with practices to identify the additional mix of skills and expertise to bring into the network. The workshop will consider the use of processes to analyse the skill mix needed, both now and in the future, across your PCN to ensure equitable access to services for your patient population and enable effective cross-practice working.
