Children and young people’s IAPT

The IAPT programme has launched a project to help existing child and adolescent mental health services become “phase one learning collaboratives”.

In comprises a package of training, backfill and infrastructure support to deliver treatment which is based on best evidence, outcomes focused and client informed. The key aim is to embed the necessary change required into service culture. Completed bids, by local partnerships of health and local authority commissioners and providers from the statutory and third sector working in collaboration with higher education institutes and training providers, are required by 3 August.
