Change4Life and Disney shake kids into action
Public Health England is launching a new Change4Life campaign in partnership with Disney to get kids more active this summer holidays.
The 10 Minute Shake Up campaign uses popular Disney characters alongside recognisable Change4Life animations to get children doing more 10 minute bursts of exercise, to help them reach the recommended 60 minutes or more of physical activity they need each day. Around 75,000 families have signed up for the campaign since June, when PHE started promoting it.
