Building the patient's voice into service design

CCGs need to engage patients to inform everything they do including establishing local needs, designing better services, taking difficult commissioning decisions, improving health awareness and self-care.

PCC is running two events to share the learning from some of the best examples of patient and public engagement in October.

Delegates will get practical advice and case studies from experts in engagement, including CCGs which have already started to make patients and public part of their organisational culture and operational plans.
