Building capability: primary care premises and estates foundations

Premises policy is a vital component of high quality primary care, and is set to become more important as premises are developed to support the policy ambitions of primary care networks and integrated care.

PCC has developed a premises training event on 25 March in Manchester, 31 March in Birmingham and 2 April in London to demystify the rules and principles of the premises costs directions and to provide clarity and confidence in managing applications. It will focus on the premises costs directions in general and will cover specific elements in detail, including improvement grants, abatements, the rent review process and sources of funding.
