Better Care Fund planning requirements for 2016/17
The guidance fleshes out the policy framework published on 8 January 2016, with appropriate incentives for emergency admissions avoidance and protection of NHS-commissioned out-of-hospital care.
Plans will need to be in place locally by 31 March 2016.
