Practical tools for problem-solving

Practical tools for problem-solving

Professionals at every level need to find solutions to problems – practical solutions that can be justified and implemented. Although the context and content of our problems may be unique, it is likely that somebody has had this sort of problem before. Don’t waste valuable time reinventing the wheel.

The workshop, led by Professor Mike Ferguson, will arm delegates with a clear understanding of the nature of the problem-solving process - the basis for reaching the best possible solutions. It will also provide them with problem solver’s toolbox, which you can either deploy yourself or with your team. You will, at least, know where to begin.

The session will be held on 28 April in Birmingham, 12 May in London and 9 June in Manchester.
