Understanding the legal implications of being a practice partner

Partners in general medical practices need to understand the legal implications of partnership.  From HR issues to the legal issues around collaboration, partnership agreements and premises ownership. Our two half day sessions provide the detail that those who are considering becoming partners in practices, new partners and existing partners need to know. The sessions will be led by healthcare law specialists Hill Dickinson and include time for delegates to explore specific issues they face or are concerned about.
