Chaired by Mark Easton, BBC Home Editor and with an opening address fromTobias Ellword MP Conservative MP for Bournemouth East and Private Parliamentary Secretary to Jeremy Hunt, Secretary of State for Health, The Independent Ambulance Association (IAA) annual conference will focus on ‘The Vital Link’ (published by the IAA and released in November 2013) and the role of the Independent Ambulance Service in the New NHS.

The programme takes an in-depth look at improving practice and the patient experience from the perspectives of all those working in partnership to deliver an efficient and high quality ambulance service.
