Premises policy is set to become more important as premises are developed to support the policy ambitions of primary care networks and integrated care.

Ensuring that premises and estates policy is well managed, that decisions taken about funding comply with the regulations, and that resources reach the parts of the system that need it most are now responsibilities of CCGs.

PCC is hosting a series of webinars that will focus on key elements of the premises cost directions aimed at those that are new to premises matters or need a refresher on the key areas of the directions.

Each 45 minute webinar will include a presentation on the subject matter with time for a question and answer session at the end.

The webinars are:

  1. The rent review process – for owner occupiers (notional rent) and lease holders
  2. The improvement grant process
  3. Abatement rules including abatement for third party occupiers and for non GMS core
