The conference will take a practical approach to investigating, resolving and learning from complaints including improving complaints handling and information at a local level, managing complaints from vulnerable people, managing complaints involving Doctors and other clinical staff, managing patient feedback concerns, developing systems to learn from the narrative in complaints and feedback as well as the numbers, and demonstrating reflection and changing practice following complaints.
