With Monitor and NHS Trust Development Authority merging in April 2016 to form NHS Improvement, this seminar will be a timely opportunity to assess financial challenges facing the NHS.

Delegates will consider the impact of additional Government funding for the NHS announced in the Spending Review, next steps for supporting trusts through financial difficulties, and priorities for the £22bn efficiency savings across the healthcare system as outlined in NHS England’s Five Year Forward View.

We are delighted to include at this seminar keynote addresses from Jim Mackey, Chief Executive, Monitor and the NHS Trust Development Authority and Chief Executive Designate, NHS Improvement and Chris Hopson, Chief Executive, NHS Providers.

James Roach, Joint Director of Integration, Wiltshire Council and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group has also agreed to speak.

Dr Daniel Poulter MP, former Parliamentary Under Secretary of State, Department of Health (2012-2015) has kindly agreed to chair a session at this seminar.
