In this interactive, one-day training event we will discover how to make the best of a skill that we possess naturally and yet rarely use to best effect – negotiation.

Successful negotiation is a tool used by all successful professionals – in fact, it can be said that whenever we are with or in contact with other people there is implicitly a process of negotiation taking place.

So negotiation is not some kind of magic or skill for special situations – it is something that we should become more aware of doing, and therefore do more effectively. Used well, other people will appreciate your skills as a negotiator because they will benefit too. Good negotiators assist others to get what they want, while also meeting their own agenda and needs. It’s a true win-win!
