There are many reasons why people are unhappy, difficult, or challenging and this 2.5-hour participative and interactive workshop is designed with front line reception and admin staff in mind.  The session offers techniques for defusing tension both face to face and over the phone and discusses the important of building personal resilience.  This workshop can also be delivered locally upon request
