Created in conjunction with the Wellbeing People, specialists in community and employee health and wellbeing, the C3 Wellbeing Forum is now a regular fixture helping people lead healthier lives. With 2020’s theme “Ideas into Practice”, it’s an opportunity to hear great speakers, network with others involved in health and wellbeing and take away ideas that you can put into action in your workplace or community.

Workshop topics include: Nutrition at work; Musculoskeletal problems in the workplace; Vaping: does it help people quit smoking? And, How to recalibrate your workplace wellbeing.

Keynote speakers include: The Rt Revd and Rt Hon Dame Sarah Mullally, Bishop of London; Christian van Stolk from RAND Europe; and Meg Mathews, founder of MegsMenopause.
