Improving Access to General Practice: Commissioner and Provider Support Network

The national improving access to general practice team at NHS England is working closely with NHS England regional teams to support CCGs and groups of practices to deliver improved access to general practice across the country by March 2019 and meet the seven core requirements set out in the NHS England Operational Planning and Contracting Guidance 2017-19.
This network will provide peer to peer support and will enable CCGs and groups of practices to benefit directly from the experience and lessons learned by the GP Access Fund schemes to help shape their plans and approaches. Further information is available at www.england.nhs.uk/gpaccess

The Early Intervention Support Network (EISN) is an online network, established to support staff working within eye clinic settings, providing front line services to newly-diagnosed blind and partially sighted people including those diagnosed with a sight threatening condition.
The aim of the network is to create a community of professionals working within eye clinics across the UK, for peer support, development and dissemination of best practice, problem solving, sharing ideas, experiences and resources relevant to supporting and advising blind and partially sighted people at the point of diagnosis.
