Brought to you by NHS Primary Care Contracting
Welcome

NHS Networks is where clinicians, managers, leaders, innovators, board members, policy makers, as well as patients and communities can all contribute to - and learn from - new thinking and new practice.

Is this an advert or an opportunity?

NHS Primary Care Contracting (PCC) is always looking for individuals to add to its associate database. If that sounds sinister, it's not an experiment in cryogenics or yet another recycling initiative but a desire to tap into the vast pool of talent in primary care.

PCC supports primary care trusts in implementing policy and best practice around commissioning of primary care including working on issues such as reducing health inequalities, improving access to care, procurement, market development and market management.

We also help PCTs navigate the mass of small but vitally important detail in contracting, premises management, pay and remuneration and a host of other areas. If you have expertise in these areas, gained in the NHS or in the commercial or voluntary sectors and think you might like to work with PCC, contact Penny Lawson on penny.lawson@pcc.nhs.uk. We regularly second staff from PCTs to join our team as well as experts from the Department of Health and the private sector. Find out more here.
