An informal network for NHS staff who cycle to work or use a bicycle for work purposes. Membership 140 on this site, access to 1140 affiliated NHS cyclists and 4x BUG (Bicycle User Groups). (However it is estimated that 100,000 NHS staff may cycle to work? Would be great to be able to benchmark this one day? ) Please join SPOKES. Their will be some articles on the website that will only be viewable to members of SPOKES. Membership is FREE. NB.
