A new blog to share the work on interoperability for care co-ordination.
The QIPP Digital Technology and ITK teams have started work on scoping and developing some new interoperability specifications to support care co-ordination for patients with long term conditions and those approaching the end of their life. We now have a blog where we have an introduction to the specifications we plan to develop, and we will post updates to this blog as work progresses.
