Projects

Clinical Projects have been developed where PiP members have identified services in particular need of improvement. In the main, PiP has concentrated on services where there is a potential for networking, in order to add value from a collaborative approach. Each clinical project is managed by a working group, which reports to the steering committee. Web space is dedicated to the description of each project, with its aims and objectives and regular progress reports. The clinical projects have Terms of Reference and normally follow a defined pattern, which has so far proved to be successful.
