NPN is a charitable company that aims to improve the experiences of people using the NHS by: • Empowering and supporting PALS staff and volunteers in the delivery of high quality, accessible and consistent PALS for the benefit of patients, carers and the public. • Raising the profile of PALS and promoting the service effectively. • Acting as a focal point for stakeholder involvement and a national voice for PALS. • Providing leadership and influencing policy and public debate.
