Department of Health’s strategy for delivering sustainable development 2008-2011
Strategy to consider sustainable develpment
The Government has established five principles for sustainable development, living within environmental limits, ensuring a strong, healthy and just society, achieving a sustainable economy, promoting good governance and using sound science responsibly.
This strategy considers what these principles mean for the DH and the people who work in it.
