The RCN are holding a number of events in November 2008. Details of these events are listed below.
RCN continence and competence workshops
13 November 2008, Belfast
In March 2008 the RCN and Skills for Health launched a suite of national competencies, the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for continence care which will guide the way all practitioners now manage people with bladder and bowel problems.

RCN Emergency Care Association annual conference and exhibition
14 November 2008, DeVere Hotel at Daresbury Park, Warrington, Cheshire
This conference will enable health care professionals to share experiences and discuss critical issues facing those in emergency care and provide an opportunity to network with colleagues in clinical, academic and leadership roles. This year’s conference sees the amalgamation of the RCN Minor Injuries Group and RCN Paediatric Emergency Care annual conferences, together with the RCN ECA national conference.
RCN Nurse Practitioner Association conference and exhibition

RCN Society of Occupational Health Nursing conference and exhibition
