ACP 360: A 360 Appraisal for consultant psychiatrists

Annual appraisal is part of the working life of every consultant psychiatrist.
It is a contractual requirement of NHS employment, supports professional development and is likely to be a cornerstone of revalidation. The purpose of ACP 360 (which is managed by the Royal College of Psychiatrists)  is formative. It is to enable personal development.
