Lothian Stroke Managed Clinical Network

The Lothian Stroke Managed Clinical Network brings together professionals from primary, secondary and tertiary care with patients and carers, to work in a co-ordinated way across geographical, organisational and professional boundaries. The MCN aims to ensure equitable provision of high quality, clinically effective care for stroke patients throughout Lothian.

All clinicians that stroke patients may meet in Lothian are members of the MCN. A Steering Group with representative members from all hospital sites and all professional groups meets three times a year to share progress and agree key decisions.
