ACT

ACT is the only organisation working across the UK to achieve a better quality of life and care for every life-limited child and their family.  ACT works with children, young people and their families; professionals and organisations working in the field of children and young people's palliative care.

ACT is the only organisation working nationally to achieve the best quality of life and care for all children and young people who have a life-limiting or life-threatening condition and their families.

ACT seeks to influence and promote excellence and equity in the provision of care and support for children and young people with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions and their families by campaigning for improved provision of children's palliative care services; working with professionals to support the delivery of the best care possible and informing & empowering families to have a voice in the development of the services that affect them.

ACT are also working with networks in SHA areas in England, in Scotland, in Northern Ireland and in Wales. For more information, visit our website.
