ARMA Local Networks

ARMA (the Arthritis and Musculoskeletal Alliance) is the umbrella body for the arthritis community in the UK.  It is unique in bringing together over 30 organisations from across the patient, research and professional fields to work to improve the lives of people with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions.

What is the ARMA Local Networks Project?

The aim of the project is to establish local musculoskeletal networks that engage all relevant stakeholders and work to improve local musculoskeletal service provision and the lives of people with arthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.

It is a three year project funded by the Department of Health at the end of which time it is anticipated the networks will be self-sustaining.

Local Networks reflect ARMA UK's composition including involvement from service users and sevice user organisation, as well as clinicians and allied health professionals.
