Feedback on pharmacies and opticians goes live on NHS Choices
From September 2011, the 9m visitors a month to NHS Choices will be able to leave feedback on pharmacy and optician services.
While pharmacies and opticians will be able to edit their profiles, PCTs will share editing rights with the contractors and receive regular alerts detailing what has been edited on their practices' profiles. Contractors will also receive alerts when editing contractual obligations such as opening hours.
