Information The development of Eyecare Pathways in Glaucoma, Low Vision and AMD. A number of pilot sites and associate pilot sites are geographically spread throughout the country. The NHS Eyecare Services Programme works with the NHS to provide national facilitation and co-ordination for the testing and development of eyecare pathways. The pathways proposed by the national Eyecare Services Steering Group are for the long term conditions of:-Glaucoma -Age related macular degeneration (AMD) -Low vision |
