Default PARR++: 'foreign key' error message

I'm trying to run reports using PARR++. When I import the data, I get the following error message: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint “FK_InPatient_Admissions_Patients
What is the problem?

Default PARR++: 'Foreign Key' error: SOLUTION

The most likely reason for this is that you have embedded blanks in your NHS numbers. Please ensure that no blanks exist. E.g. the number "123456789 " will not be recognised by PARR++ but "123456789" will be.

Default PARR++: 'foreign key' error message

I get the same error message but I do not have embedded blanks in any of my NHS number records. Would either of the following affect PARR's ability to import the data:

1) blanks or brackets in any of the column field names?
2) NHS number being set as a 'text' field in Microsoft Access?

I should have a added a third possibility for the error - would an asterisk within any of my 'Hospital Provider Spell Number' cause an error?

I don't know if you've resolved this yet.
I receive foreign key error messages if I have any blank NHS Number or Hospital Provider Spell Number or any spaces in either of these fields.
Once corrected my data imports with no errors.
