Does anyone have a self care strategy they are willing to share?
Many thanks!

Default Self Care Strategy

Hi there
I am managing a self care project for the Working in Partnership Programme.
You may be interested to attend the forthcoming event on Self Care on the 29th September, I will be very happy to send you some details. I think you will find some really useful information here.
Kind regards
Helena Stone

Hi Jane

Did you have any luck in getting hold of a copy from elsewhere? I've got a similar job to do!

Thanks
Gail
