Does anyone have a view on the need for renewed training in patient care in light of the recent CQC reports? My team voluntarily made a maternity training film which won a Parliamentary award this summer. We made a real difference, but we now have to operate as a business. It would be considerably cheaper for a video training tool to be made similar to the one produced by us than for other long-term outsourced training to continue, but how do we get started?
Does anyone have some advice for an outsider?
