This masterclass will appeal to senior sisters; senior nurses and therapists with a responsibility to ensure audit, service developments and research work undertaken at a team, ward, service and corporate level are enacted in practice at ward level.
- Have you ever wondered how to take your good idea and make it happen in practice?
- Have you ever wondered how to write up your research/audit or service development findings for publication?

The first part of the masterclass will focus upon using change management strategies to mobilise ideas from concept into reality. The second part of the masterclass will focus upon how to get your idea in print.  Some theories will be used with the benefit of practical experience and case based discussions. The master classes will be highly interactive to understand the theory in practice and offer numerous practical tips to reduce time wasted by those less experienced.

The facilitator has a wealth of experience in the NHS and 10 years as a Senior Nurse within a large Foundation Trust.  Outputs from her work include two books and one Department of Health Publication, as well as 50 peer-reviewed publications. She is currently a registered PhD student.
