My name is Baker Salah, I am an Accounting student at the University of Wolverhampton currently I am carrying out my dissertation as I am in my final stage of my Postgraduate MSc in Accounting and Finance. Please could you spare a few minutes to complete my questionnaire?

The survey is being carried out to find out what are "The cost and benefits of the 2008 section introduced to NHS Pension Scheme", please answer all questions freely. There are no right or wrong answers, your answers will be treated in the strictest of confidence. You will not be able to be identified from the information you provided and no information you provide will not be giving to the trust and the university.

ALL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE WILL BE TREATED IN THE STRICTEST OF CONFIDANCE. NO NAMES WILL BE USED AND QUESTIONNAIRES WILL BE DISPOSED OF ONCE THE INFORMATION I REQUIRE HAS BEEN EXTRACTED FROM THEM.
