Multi-user telehealth and care homes

In Mid Essex we are looking at starting a project based on the use of mulit- user telehealth hub with a care home.
Has anyone else done this or planning to do it so we can do some collaborative working on it?

Multi Me is looking for opportunities to develop further links with Telecare systems by developing:
1) An online and joined-up calendar reminder system, that tells individuals in one's network to carry out actions/tasks, eg. Take your medication, brush your teeth etc...Professionals and supporters will also monitor actions that had been carried out and ensure a high quality of care. The system will be linked up to text based or telecare systems.
2) Links to existing assistive technology devices such as seizure mats, alarms and monitoring units etc...As well as developing APIs (links) with existing software, including health and care management systems.
