Choice Case Studies Database

Two separate positive patient experiences of implementing choice and using the choose & Book route to access treatment. Both patients suffer with Chronic Pain, one of the patients is an adult, one is an adolescent whose journey is from the point of view of themselves and mum and dad. They are from opposite ends of the country so it also highlights the effectiveness of choice at a national level. All have consented to have their details used.
